So do we! Y Striders is a fitness club with a difference – truly a community. We welcome ages from forty to over eighty across all fitness levels and invite you on a journey to a healthy body and mind, having fun every step of the way.
Based at Troy Park Attadale, this is what you have been looking for. You’ll love being part of the Y Striders’ community. You will find many like minded friends who enjoy exercise and socialising.

It’s Hard to Imagine, but at one time Nancy and John had no idea that they could walk the World…..
Yes it’s true! We joined Y Striders in 2000 to walk or run and to gradually increase our levels of endurance so that we could cover long distances…

Our Location
Y Striders regularly meet at the Troy Park Club Rooms on Burke Drive, Attadale. The stunning Troy Park by the Swan River foreshore is a fabulous space to meet for activities, with amenities, easy access and ample parking.
