Social Membership – Give a gift that lasts a year!
A Social Membership will enable your friends or loved ones to be able to attend one
session per week and all of the social activities. A Social Membership is an investment of $196 which will go a very long way for the person who receives your gift.
Email us at ys_info@ystriders.org.au and we can arrange for the membership welcome pack to be sent to you so that you can present it personally or if you prefer, it can be sent direct to the receiver of your gift.
The Benefits of a Y Striders’ Membership

Free Trial
We want you to get to know us before you join Y Striders and that is why we offer one month’s free trial. It is the perfect opportunity to ‘road test’ the experience before making a commitment.

Cost
If you attend the recommended three of any of seven sessions a week, the cost is as little as $3 per session which is less than the cost of a cup of coffee.

Group Fitness
You will stay motivated as you work out with other like-minded people in a non-competitive environment and take your fitness to a whole new level. Group training is a great way to get healthy but also as a way to get outdoors and have some fun with people just like you.

Physical
You’ll notice a gradual change to your ability to endure long distances. You will have improved mobility, balance, lung capacity, posture and cellular health.

Brain Function
By exercising regularly, you’ll notice that you have improved memory, concentration, processing speed and a better state of happiness.

Social Interaction
You will be able to attend all of the many, varied social activities from bushwalks, weekends away, overseas walking trips, bike rides and a variety of many other activities.

Access to all Sessions
Seven weekly sessions allow you to slot exercise into your busy routine and on Mondays and Wednesdays we offer strength exercises as an optional alternative to walking, jogging or running.

Experienced Trainers
Our trainers can provide you with all the support and motivation that you need and you will have access to them during every session. They will assess your ability to exercise and provide you with a program designed to increase your level of fitness.
